Gyu Udon and Unagi Don at Pristine Cuisine

Mummy and I love udon, especially Gyu Udon. Whilst adik has to have Unagi Don whichever Japanese place we go to. There’s a halal Japanese stall at Fork & Spoon foodcourt at Square 2. It has a halal certificate posted on the glass display. The piece de resistance of a bowl of udon would be it’s soup, and Pristine Cuisine’s didn’t fail me nor mummy. The beef slices were tender and added more “kick” to the soup. Adik enjoyed his bowl of unagi like he always does. Each bowl of Gyu Udon is $5.50 whilst each bowl of Unagi Don was just $6.
