Steamed Mantou with BBQ Beef Short-ribs

Today’s breakfast is made from last night’s leftovers, BBQ Beef Short-Ribs which mom made and I ate with rice. I prefer it in its form this morning with steamed mantou buns. The tender beef just falling off the bone and stuffed into the bun. Delicious! It’s like having dim sum in the morning 😀

If you ever go to a dim sum place or a Chinese restaurant you’ll probably find them there stuffed with roasted pork belly! Else you could step into any Asian grocery store and find these in the frozen section.
