Dak Kalguksu for breakfast

No bentos today, and no gym coz my heart’s acting up. Perfect breakfast for dreary and dark Monday is a korean noodle soup that mom made called Dak Kalguksu.

It’s a clear chicken broth, poured over kalguksu wheat noodles. There’s shredded japanese cucumbers, sliced nashi pear and shredded carrots for colour and crunch. The chicken should be shredded too but having it like that its pretty satisfying. A hard boiled egg for added protein. It’s a pretty delicious breakfast!.
