Instead of the usual breakfast of tortillas and fajitas always with a side of a big bowl of oatmeal, we had Pad Thai for breakfast instead. Oh i have to apologise for the pictures i’ve been taking them with the S4, still not getting the hang of using it.
At a recent Thai food fair we had purchased glass noodles, they don’t particularly taste like vermicelli but kinda looks like. It has a “mouth feel” kinda like angel hair pasta which I really liked. Mom made this with chicken and prawns, just the way I like it. She omitted the crushed peanuts coz my brother dislikes it. Perfect balance of sweet(from the sugar) , sour(from the limes) and salty(from the fish sauce/nampla).
