Pastrami Aglio Olio

Nothing like a big pot of pasta to chase away bad feelings. So for brekky today, we’re having Aglio olio with beef pastrami, cherry tomatoes and lots of birds eye chillies. Salty , sour, spicy and garlicky. Just perfect to forget what happened this morning. Let me load up on the carbs, a dense and chewy cheese roll from Sophie’s Bakery will do the trick. Yes I am eating up my emotions, and yes by the time I go to work in an hour I’ll be in a carb coma that’s a pretty happy place to be.
