Chicken Ban Mian

There’s a little stall snuggled between the char kway teow & the prata stall in Citu Square Mall’s Banquet. I have to admit that this stall has one of the best chicken ban mian. A close second, I’d say would be the Ban Mian from the Fork & Spoon in Toa Payoh. The soup at City Square Mall, has a natural sweetness to it, that you can’t help slurping on the soup after all the noodles are gone. Perhaps, the savoy cabbage makes a difference in making the soup a tastier one. Definitely, a must try if you crave for something comforting, especially on such a cold & rainy Sunday like today.
