Alright on Saturday Gil and I ended up at Shaw Tower by mistake instead of Bugis Junction’s Shaw theatre, so to make up for the bungle, she took me out for homemade ice cream. I’ve tried plenty of homemade ice cream from ice cream parlors all over Singapore, but this was the BOMB! I tried the Lavender (very aromatic, kinda like eating a frozen lavender cream tea, extremely yummy) and the Apple Pie (had chunks of shortbread crust pastry, bits of apple and cinnamon ice creams, heavenly), whilst Gil had the Summer Berries (which was refreshing) and the Blueberry Cheesecake that tasted like the real thing. Certainly a must try! I’m going back there again just to get a tub of the apple pie ice cream which is just $10! A really affordable treat!
