Ayam Bakar Ojolali

My utmost favourite dish whenever I go to an Indonesian restaurant would be to order empek-empek. They’re kinda like fish paste shaped into rolls with eggs stuffed into them before they are fried, then they are dipped in a vinegar, kicap manis and chillies mixture. Yum! The ones I tried recently was at Ayam Bakar Ojolali which is a HALAL restaurant.

Crisp salads, succulent chicken and yummy ribs, a seriously shiok place to eat despite it being set in a typical coffeeshop. Although the ambience is not that fantastic, the food makes up for it, especially the ribs. Be sure to come before 8pm as the ribs are sure to run out after that. The Portuguese Roast Chicken *very different from Nandos* is moist and spicy, the original roast chicken is just as yummy. Worth coming for a visit, best of all its HALAL!
